Healthy environment around Klínovec. Meadows (14. November 2011)

In the mountains (Krušné hory) where is Klínovec Meadows located is most healthy air and environment from all mountains in the Czech Republic. This result are based on biggest exploration which was ever made. Quite surprising, if we imagine how it was twenty years ago :-) But of course, all of us are very happy. We just started to build 15 terraced houses and 6 apartments. New owners will have and enjoy houses in the fall 2012. It is lots of work for us, but we are very optimistic, after we finished first phase.

In the Saturday June 18th 2011 was held a „OPEN DAY“ to mark the final approval of the first phase in Klínovec Meadows residential project. First phase of the row houses sold (30. November 2010)

All 10 houses to be finished in February 2011 are sold. Construction of next phase shall start in May.

CONSTRUCTION CONTINUES (14. April 2010)

After a winter brake the construction has been resumed in the second week of April. During April and May we are going to concentrate on the rain water drainage, sewage and potable water systems completion. Current photos from the site are available at the section PICTURE GALLERY.

Success in Copenhagen Fair (4. February 2010)

Klinovec Meadows project was successfully presented at the Ferie I Bella Fair which took place in Copenhagen on 29-31 January, 2010. We collected more than 500 contacts to visitors interested in the project during the fair.

CONSTRUCTION COMPANY SELECTION ACCOMPLISHED (3. February 2009)

Board of Directors of Keilberg Meadows, a.s. has decided about the winner of the tender for the turnkey supplier of the civil works. The name of the winning company shall be announced as soon as the contract with the selected bidder is signed.
