Who is behind the holiday residences?

Danish design, Czech nature and local knowledge are the main ingredients of Klinovec Meadows.

The idea to create Klinovec Meadows as a modern holiday place dates back to a meeting in Fall 2006 between Christian Corell and Vladimir Kropacek from Brainstones, a Danish developer company, and Ondrej Vojtech from the Czech development company, J.P.M. Elektrum. The three met in the Klinovec skiing area to enjoy the nature, and to plan a skiing event.

The three executives immediately saw opportunities in the area. First, they sought to make the skiing event a tradition. It all ended with the development of the holiday residences in Klinovec Meadows.

Brainstones is a Danish developer company which develops housing and holiday residences in a large number of countries.

J.P.M. Elektrum is a Czech development company specializing in development of residential and recreational projects in the territory of the Czech Republic.

Keilberg Meadows is a joint venture company which was established in Fall 2006 with the purpose of developing and running the Klinovec Meadows holiday area.
