Construction of Klínovec Meadows resort is divided into several phases. The first is for sale now and will be ready for occupation in 2010 at the latest. The first phase comprises construction of 30 terraced houses, twelve apartments in mini towers M2 and M4 and  thirty six  studios in mini towers M1, M3 and M5
